Refunds
This recurring order is called a subscription. We
require 7 days’ notice to change or cancel any Subscription. If you do not wish
for your subscription to be processed for the month or at the end of your annual
renewal date, we will need to receive your request at least 7 days prior to
your subscription processing date. Your subscription processing date can be
found in the activation email. You can change, suspend or cancel your
Subscription at any time by send an email to: email@mobiletvmenu.com or clicking
SUPPORT on https://mobiletvmenu.com and
submitting your request. If you do not, you will be charged for the same
product selection or service that you received the previous month.
Please note: Subscriptions are non-refundable.
These services are provided online and are always available for use.
You will have access to the Mobile TV Menu site until
the day your next subscription payment was due to be billed. After you have
cancelled your subscription, you will only be able to use items which have been
licensed, for the services specified when it was licensed.
If you cancel a subscription that you started at a
promotional price you will not be able to resubscribe at the discounted rate,
should you decide to renew.
We or you may terminate or cancel your subscription to
the services at any time and such termination or cancellation shall be
effective upon the end of your then-current subscription term.
You can cancel your subscription by contacting Customer
Service or by such other means as we may provide from time to time. We will
attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours but no more than 7
days after we receive your request. If you cancel less than 7 days before the
relevant billing period begins, you agree that you will be liable for the then
current subscription fee for such billing period and are not entitled to a
refund of that final subscription fee. We reserve the right to collect fees,
surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
What will happen after I cancel?
Between now and the date your subscription would have
renewed:
- Your current subscription will still be valid.
- You can continue using and displaying your digital menu.
- There will not be any pro-rata refunds.
After the date your subscription would have renewed:
- Your account and digital menu information will be kept for up to 30days after cancellation. No additional fees will be assessed if you decide to resubscribe and use your original data.
- Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to resubscribe.
- You will no longer be able to access or use any services.
If you resubscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price(whatever the latest is at the time).
